To go directly to Destiny in the future, use the Quicklink on the homepage from your phone or the link on the waffle menu of Schoology from your laptop.
This video is older but good for a step by step guide on finding a book.

NOTE: The Schoology link folder is now in the PAWS group.  Also the right login option in Destiny (if needed) no longer works, use the blue bar option on the left.

Login with your SSO (single sign on). The login is at the top right, then use the blue bars on the left side of the login screen. NOTE: The right option no longer works.

Your Account details on available on the "My Info" tab.  This shows you what books you have out and when they are due to be returned and any unpaid balances.  It also shows you textbooks, even though the Librarian does not manage them, we just use the same system -Destiny.

To Search for Books, use Destiny's filtering tools for help in selecting a book. Locate the book with the sublocation and call no. Sublocations are for the many genres and categories. See the Shelf Guide (on this page).  See the maps posted around and ask the librarian for help if needed. The Library Maps menu here has all the maps and indexes that are hanging in the library.

Lexile searches are easy in Destiny by selecting Lexile under Reading Programs in the Library Search screen.  For more info on Lexiles, see the Schoology black resources folder.

Resource lists on the left menu, in Destiny, may help your search.  Look for the lists that start with NAHS.  You can even make your own lists.  There are lists for the newest books, graphic novels, and other special categories.

To hold or reserve a book for you to pickup after logging in, just look for buttons on the right that say HOLD IT.  To unhold a book, message the librarian.  Please do not put books on hold unless the book is unavailable and you want to be notified when it becomes available.  A maximum of two books can be placed on hold.
