Heart Program

The NAHS Heart Program serves as the campus voice for restorative justice, held during Advisory in Room 216. In addition to serving as a 12th-grade advisory, students lead the weekly Heart Community Building Circles and design community-building activities for the school. Participating students earn a Heart Cord for graduation.

The NAHS Heart Program is dedicated to creating a welcoming and positive community of students and staff on campus. Members a part of the Heart Program are responsible for creating and leading activities that promote a safe and caring environment in school. Here are a few examples of the projects Heart Program has done in the past:

  • Heart Circles for all advisory groups
  • Fundraising for charity programs
  • Community service opportunities
